Football associations from the three countries have expressed their interest in hosting their championship, but, according to the German Football Association (DFB), discussions with local authorities and potential venues still need to be arranged. Watch the bid video below:

Belgium is relatively new to the sport, having competed in only one major international championship, but both the Netherlands and Germany have hosted women's football championships in the past. The Netherlands hosted the 2017 Euros, where the Dutch women's team took home the victory, while Germany hosted the women’s Euros in both 1989 and 2001, and hosted the Women’s World Cup in 2011.

DFB president, Fritz Keller, has said hosting the 2027 World Cup would be another highlight in the history of football in Germany, but he isn't getting his hopes up: "We know how high the hurdles are before you can be awarded such a tournament. Our organisational experience, together with the strength of the new DFB and the perspective of international cooperation, allows us to look optimistically into the future."
