With our software solution, we support companies in automating their IT processes. Become part of our team as a Presales Consultant (m/f/d) and support your customers on their automation journey. You will act as the first point of contact for your customers and interested parties.

What can you expect?

  • Present our automation software to customers and prospects.
  • Support the implementation of our solution, making IT processes in complex infrastructures more efficient and future-proof.
  • Identify automation use cases with customers to advance their automation journey.
  • Collaborate with our International Sales Manager, with a strong focus on the North American region.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to pre-qualify sales leads into opportunities.

What should you bring along?

  • Solid expertise in Microsoft services like Exchange Online, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, and Teams.
  • Experience integrating third-party systems via REST API interfaces, such as PRTG, Service, or Matrix42.
  • PowerShell expertise is preferred or the ability to quickly learn it.
  • Experience selling technically.
  • Proven success in client-facing B2B roles and software solutions.
  • Training may involve a brief stay in Germany at our headquarters.
