The kitchen is of course fully equipped. There is also a small desk for a home office. In the entrance area there is a cloak space and a spacious toilet.The upper area can be reached via the spiral staircase. Here is the sleeping area (bed with 120 x 200 cm mattress). A large built-in wardrobe and a built-in shelf offer an enormous amount of storage space. The bathroom with toilet, tub and window is en suite. On this rooftop level you also get to the small terrace, from which you have a wonderful view over the roofs of the Flingern district (summer furniture will be provided in spring 2022).The house is a renovated old building that has an elevator.
