Description:
This high-quality apartment impresses not only with its location, but also with the fact that it has just been renovated. Only natural materials were used during the renovation. The real wood floorboards date from the founding year of 1902 and have been lovingly restored and sealed with natural oils. Non-antistatic mirror infrared elements were used as heating. The walls were painted with organic paint. Particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. The equipment: the large dining table with 4 chairs can be used wonderfully as a work and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to move in only with a suitcase. The modern bathroom offers a large shower and toilet. In the hallway there is a 2.00 mtr. Large wardrobe. Sufficient bed linen and towels are available. The modern single box spring bed fits seamlessly into the modern living room and is often used as a comfortable "lounge" sofa. Another pull-out couch serves as a second bed. The furniture comes from designers such as Rolf Benz and Ligne Roset. Blackout curtains in front of the large windows ensure a restful sleep. The furniture, as well as the box spring bed and the pull-out couch were only purchased in October 2019. WiFi is of course included, as is a 14-day cleaning service for the apartment.
