Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a comfy premium mattress. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. If you want to work on that tan, you can get one of the rooms with a private or shared balcony or terrace.
The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your room mates. To keep things clean and tidy, you can use the washing machine that’s placed in every apartment.
Located right around the corner from Berlin’s main train station this is your ideal home to explore all the hidden gems the city has to offer. If you want to stay in you can meet new friends watching documentaries at our cinema room, work a little while overlooking the city in our community spaces or take part in one of the yoga classes in the quite backyard.
The district boasts some of the city’s most renowned and thought provoking art galleries and cultural institutions, next to the best spots to go shopping or try some of the constantly opening new restaurants. If you ever want to catch a break: go check out Vabali Spa, the Balinese wellness oasis around the corner where you can swim under the stars and get one of the best massages in town.
CHECK-IN:
If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month.
If you select a check in date between the 15th and the end of the month, you pay from the 15th of the month
CHECKOUT:
If you select a check-out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month.
If you select a check-out date from the 15th to the end of the month, you will pay until the end of the month.
Our flats fulfil all your daily living requirements. Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.
Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed.
Which documents do we need for a booking:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, guarantee, etc.)
Can I view the apartment:
Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.
More information about your future flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
You cannot sublet this property at any time during your booking period.
Minimum months rental: 3
Opening fee costs: - 250.0 including: check-in + cleaning costs.
Charged only at the signature of the contract
