International Green Week Berlin
One of the most traditional and famous trade fairs in Germany, the International Green Week, based in Berlin, will host its 88th edition this year!
A one-of-a-kind international exhibition surrounding food, agriculture and gardening industries, this fair typically sees over 1.800 exhibitors present more than 100.000 products from around the world.
The Green Week Experience
Starting out in 1926 as a small local commodity exchange, the event has grown into one of the leading international trade fairs in the food, agriculture and horticulture industries. Expect to discover a comprehensive range of international and domestic foods, beverages, agricultural and horticultural machinery, gardening supplies, animals and more.
Divided into separate halls, each offers its own specific focus where visitors can meet exhibitors, industry representatives, wholesalers, retailers, caterers, importers and specialists. In addition, over 300 technical conferences, seminars and forums are to take place during the week, covering all aspects of International Green Week Berlin.
Highlights of International Green Week Berlin
Halls 25 and 26, the Livestock Halls and World of Pets, are usually quite popular among the public as here farms and breeders present their animals, offer advice, tips and host presentations.
Hall 21b is a must-visit, as it is where the local producers exhibit their food products. But one of the most photogenic halls at International Green Week remains Hall 9, the flower hall, where beautiful and colourful flower and garden arrangements are showcased each year, next to a horticultural stage programme, shows and more.
