Wanderlust 108 brings together some of your favourite physical activities - running, yoga and meditation - in one! Come and join the growing Mindful Movement in Hamburg, Berlin and Munich this summer by participating in this unique triathlon.
What is Wanderlust 108?
This special triathlon, taking place in large cities all around the world, is unlike most other similar events, as it is open to beginners as well as advanced runners and yogis.
Starting with an early morning run (or walk) before yoga, meditation, pilates and more, this event has it all! What’s more, attendees can also explore the Kula market, shop at the Wanderlust stall, or get some delicious local food from one of the stands.
Programme for Wanderlust 108
The day starts out with a 5 kilometre run (or walk) in one of the city’s best parks. Attendees can participate at their own pace, as this triathlon is not a competition, but rather fosters a sense of community.
After the 5k, (if you still have enough strength) then it's time to let off more steam with some yoga! Join in on the Flow Yoga session, led by top teachers and accompanied by a DJ, before letting your mind relax during the 30 minute-meditation.
Afterwards, it's time for lunch, as well as a series of bonus activities! Choose from a wide selection, such as aerial yoga, acro yoga or essential oils workshops. You can also choose to simply chill on the grass or visit the Kula Market and the Wanderlust shop.
