Janina Grüger

I’m Janina. As a certified Life Coach, I support people to bring more happiness and purpose into their life and career. My goal is to encourage my coachees to follow their own path – in both their private and professional lives. Along that path I’ll work with them on a positive mindset, a positive self-image, and a more mindful and gentle way of life. I’m back in my home country Germany now but I know what it feels like to start over. Having lived in different cities and countries myself, I had to create “a new life” and what sometimes felt like “a new me” a few times. Starting over is like a new chapter in your book of life and you get to decide what you’ll fill the pages with. It’s a time when coaching can be especially valuable. I completed my coaching training in Australia and have worked with expats, expat partners and other internationals from around the world.
