Wiesbaden Autumn Market and Harvest Festival

The ever-popular Wiesbadener Stadtfest (Wiesbaden City Festival) returns to the city, as locals and visitors alike come together to celebrate the end of summer and the start of autumn. 

This festival is a meeting of a Harvest Festival (September 28-29) and an Autumn market (September 27-29). Expect everything from lovely handicrafts and antiques to carriage rides and traditional craft demonstrations.

The best of Wiesbaden at the city festival

Taking place during the last weekend of September, the Wiesbadener Stadtfest offers plenty of entertainment, fun activities and culinary delights for the whole family. Whether you enjoy relaxed shopping at the local marketplace, sampling international or German food, having a pony ride in the park, clambering on the hay mountain or taking in a livestock show, this city festival has something for everyone.

The autumn marketplace offers artisan and handicraft products, like wine, jewellery and art, for all tastes, while the Thanksgiving Festival, also known as the harvest festival, offers visitors the chance to learn all about local products and meet with their food producers while purchasing the freshest produce.
