Build in 1904 as a free-standing middle-class house, nowadays the house is classified as a historical monument of the era of historism. It was competly restorated in 2015. Old timber piling, noble victorian tiling, beautiful historic doors and a modern, ecologic clay-plastering together make a harmonic atmosphere and unique place to live in. The breathable clay-plastering together with a invisible inwallheating system controlled by a modern smart-home infrastructure result in a comfortable and healthy room-cli- mate that you don‘t want to miss anymore. In the stairwell of the Villa, you‘ll find an exhibition of historical plans, documents and titles from the era of the Villa‘s construction as well as a short history of the house. All of the everyday necessities are available in our apartments, so that our guests can feel at home. The apartments benefit from exclusive parking spaces located in front of the house, together with bicycle storage. High speed Internet and international HD- TV are, of course, also available. Cleaning is also taken care of as part of the service and all apartments are equipped with Miele washer and dryer.The philosophy of the Kettenbach family is to make our guests feel at home here in Wiesbaden as much as possible. If you stay with us, you don't need to worry about cleaning the apartment or washing or changing your linens.
