This small studio apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Marburg and is simply ideal for one person.The apartment, which is on the ground floor facing the inner courtyard, is entered via a hallway with stairs. First you come into the hallway, which has a large window front facing the inner courtyard. The bathroom and the living/bedroom can be reached through the doors from the hallway. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and a mirror. The living/bedroom adjoins the storage room with the wardrobe.An intermediate cleaning including a change of bed linen and towels is possible for an additional charge of €30. A set of fresh towels and bed linen can be picked up from reception for an additional charge of €10. A final cleaning is not included and must be done by the tenant themselves (if necessary, the service can be ordered from the landlord). The washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge in the adjacent building.The apartment can be rented for a maximum of 6 months.
