This loft apartment is suitable for business travelers, Single persons, couples or small families. The whole apartement will be used by the guest only.It´s a 2 room flat with a size of 79m². It has a big living room with an open plant kitchen with an own dish washer and a balkony. Beside that it has a big master bedroom with a master bed, a seperate daybed and a workplace. This room has an access to a second balkony to a quite gardenside. The bathroom has a shower, sink,toilet and a washing machine and a dryer. In the apartment is a wifi connection. It´s not allowed to use the internet for any illegally activities or visiting any illegally websides. As a result, I will require a disclaimer form to be signed as I give the keys to the Guest. It will state that the Guest will be in charge of the Internet for the duration of their stay.
