On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 66.00 per week possible.Please note that the apartment is on the first floor and there is a bar on the ground floor of the building. It can get noisy during the week and mostly during the weekends!City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent.
