If you select a check out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month.

You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments. The flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen that has everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher and oven. It has spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.

The building is in walking distance from such vibrant Neukölln areas like Hermannplatz and Volkspark Hasenheide, and offers great access to public transportation with the U-Bahn Hermannplatz (U7 and U8) located at the doorstep.

It is split into two parts with a larger front house, and a cozy back house with a maisonette. With wooden ceilings and concrete floors it is both stylish and cozy inside out.
You can be cooking meals with your flatmates in the fully equipped kitchens, spending time in the comfortable common area on the first floor, or having a sundowner on one of the terraces overlooking the park.

Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios) One person per room (no bedroom sharing)
Which documents do we need before sending out contract:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, Blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, a gurantee, etc.

I understand your doubts, but we just can not offer a viewing. Not only because of the pandemic situation, it is also due to many requests in one room. It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can’t give you more information because of data security. I’m sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.

Opening fee costs: - 200.0 including: check-in + cleaning costs.
