Furniture, electricity, water, internet – everything will be arranged by us. There are also fitness rooms, coworking spaces, social events and a great community of like-minded people. If you move in here, you won't want to leave anytime soon. Coliving is a modern form of living – for all those who want to live life to the fullest.
The contract always starts on the first and ends on the last day of the month. In case of a later move-in or a move-out before the end of the month, the tenant will be charged the full monthly rent.
N.B.
Starting from 31/07, tenants whose's contract runs out on the 31.07, we will not offer them to extend to stay in the same room anymore.

Before accepting a booking, what we require is:
- A scan of you ID or your passport
- Your financial statement (Or parent's financial statement in case of student tenant)

Der Vertrag beginnt immer am ersten und endet am letzten Tag des Monats. Bei einem späteren Einzug oder einem Auszug vor Monatsende wird dem Mieter die volle Monatsmiete in Rechnung gestellt.

Ab dem 31.07. werden wir Mietern, deren Vertrag am 31.07. ausläuft, nicht mehr anbieten, den Aufenthalt im selben Zimmer zu verlängern.

Bevor wir deine Anfrage annehmen können brauchen wir:
