Description:
All rooms in the apartment face south-west and are therefore very friendly and bright. There is also a loggia balcony where you can relax and watch the sunset at the end of the day, as well as two French balconies. We currently live in the apartment ourselves. It is therefore not artificially furnished, but has been furnished by us over time with attention to detail. As we both work from home a lot, we have set up a separate home office. Alternatively, the room could also be used as a children's room.In addition to the excellent location, it is the charm of the old building combined with the modern floor plan and the two new bathrooms that make this apartment so special. Here are the highlights:- Flooded with light / south-west facing- Loggia balcony with sunset and water connection- French balcony with herb garden at the dining table- Second French balcony off the bedroom- Two spacious bathrooms, each with a window- Open, fully equipped kitchen- Living room with high-quality, custom-made shelving wall- Separate home office / optional children's room- Walk-in closet- Bed with 2x2 meter continuous lying surface- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer (in the 2. bath)- Storage room with second fridge and freezer.- Color concept and prints by international artists- Raumfeld wireless speaker systemNotice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only.
