This charming apartment is a typical Berlin ‘’Altbau’’ (old building), dating back to the 19th and 20th Century. The Charlotte was completely modernised and refurbished in 2017. It has five beautiful bedrooms with high ceilings and big window frames. A very spacious kitchen perfect for both cooking and socialising. There is also a comfy living room, a separate laundry area and two spacious shared bathrooms.PLEASE NOTE: An unlimited rental agreement will be signed directly with the landlord after completing the booking. If not actively terminated, the rental agreement will be automatically extended.BOOKING RULES:• All contracts must start on the first day of each month (unless it is a public holiday).• We work with open-ended (UNLIMITED) contracts, allowing you to stay as long as you like. To terminate your lease, you must actively terminate the rental agreement in accordance with the termination policy before moving out. Otherwise, the rental agreement will be automatically extended.• If your booking specifies a minimum stay of 3 months, please note that the contract will still reflect a 6-month term due to strict residential regulations in Germany. Some apartments qualify for exceptions, allowing earlier departures after 3 months."• All our contracts end on the last day of each month.• After signing the contract a deposit of 1,000 EUR will be requested. The amount is fixed regardless of the price of the rent and is fully reimbursable once you move out.• Please note that we ask for a prepayment of your LAST month of rent, the first month of rent will be paid directly to us on the day your contract starts.• We charge a one-time membership fee of €150 upon signing the contract.
