This 2-room apartment with a view of Greifswalder Str offers a living room which has a comfortable seating area, a dining table and chairs in addition to 2 single beds. In the bright bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be combined to form a double bed, there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchairs and TV. The kitchen offers all amenities such as stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans and electrical appliances. The bathroom is equipped with shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is located in a part of the building without a lift.

The apartment is situated in the same building complex as our Old Town Hotel with the reception on the ground floor. It is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Outside of these times, there is an on-call service for urgent cases. We clean the apartment bi-weekly and also change linen and towels. This service is included in the rent. Additional cleaning services can be used. In this case further costs apply. Our breakfast offer at the Old Town Hotel can also be used. This is a residential building so please respect the quiet time between 10 pm - 8 am. Strictly no smoking and no pets.
