Description:
It's in a really nice and green area with lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and small design shops. Personally, it's one of my favorite neighborhoods in Berlin. The Hasenheide Park is very close and the canal is also only a 5-minute walk away. There is a really big and nice fresh fruit and vegetable market twice a week and very close by. Many supermarkets in the area and easy access to public transport. The closest station is Hermannplatz on the U7 and U8 lines. Weserstrasse with all its bars and small galleries is literally on the corner of this apartment. The apartment has a large living room and a large bedroom with a balcony and a beautiful view in front of the house. Super bright apartment and gets lots of sunshine all day, especially in the afternoon! Wooden floors throughout the apartment and fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas stove. The apartment has 70 square meters and is perfect for a couple.Notice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only.
