Your Mission

Join Cargoboard as a Product Manager and help shape the future of logistics with innovative tech solutions. If you’re passionate about product development and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to have you on board!

  • Booking Platform: Own the product roadmap, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with design and tech teams to enhance the user experience and simplify shipment management.
  • Carrier Management System: Prioritize features for carrier rating, contracting, and performance tracking. Work with operations and external carriers to optimize system efficiency and data transparency.
  • Transport Management System: Define and execute the product vision for key features like booking, routing, tracking, and reporting. Partner with internal teams to improve workflow and scalability.

Your Profil

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in logistics, SaaS, or operations-focused industries.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and customer feedback.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g. JIRA, Trello) and fluent in both German and English.
  • Kledge of logistics processes, including transport and carrier management, is a plus.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
