For our Kindergarten in Munich Alt-Bogenhausen we are looking for a motivated and qualified
Early Years Educator.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or a comparable qualification, relevant work experience in that field would
be beneficial - Particular interest in working in the early childhood area
- English speakers at a mother tongue level with the willingness to achieve an advanced German language level (B1)
- Team players with passion and motivation to engage with the kindergarten community
- Keen to work in a bilingual and international work environment
- Supporting and fostering the children in their individual development according to our Early Childhood curriculum
- Understanding the children’s learning journey through observation, assessment and documentation
- Cooperating closely with parents based on a professional parent-teacher partnership
- Implementing ideas and concepts by embracing your own interests and strengths
- Collaborating with your team colleagues in a respectful and supportive manner
