We are seeking a motivated Venture Development Intern (m/f/d) to join our Berlin-based venture studio. In this role, you will work on operational and strategic tasks across our portfolio companies, analyze processes, identify opportunities, and implement -To-Market strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn from seasoned entrepreneurs, gain hands-on experience in building successful startups, and contribute to exciting new ventures in the dynamic proptech sector.

What can you expect?

• You analyze market trends and company strategies to identify profitable opportunities and implement -To-Market strategies
• You identify potential clients or partners through various channels
• You improve operational processes and maintain documentation
• You assist in strategic initiatives and cross-departmental projects
• You conduct market research and competitive analysis

What should you bring along?

• You are enrolled in university or a recent graduate
• You are creative, motivated, and analytical with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• You are fluent in German and proficient in English
• You have attention to detail and are able to navigate tasks efficiently
• You are eligible to work within the EU and available for at least 3 months, starting in September
