What can you expect?

• You process and maintain existing contract archive according to instructions
• You review and incorporate new contracts
• You prepare summaries and assessments of contractual terms, focusing on data protection
• You analyze international compliance requirements for mobile applications
• You conduct in-depth research using legal databases and gather relevant legal information
• You procure information, including communication with courts and vendors

What should you bring along?

• You ideally have a completed First State Exam in Law or are in an advanced University semester in law, preferably focused on international contract law or data protection law
• You have an interest in researching, analyzing, and resolving legal issues
• You have a service-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach, particularly in working across departments like Marketing and Finance
• You have a strong team spirit with the ability to work independently and efficiently
• You are solution-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality results
• You have an affinity for technology, with a particular interest in mobile applications and are comfortable with tools such as ogle Docs, MS Office, etc
• You have excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken proficiency in both German and English
