What can you expect?

• You drive machine learning and generative AI initiatives from ideation to deployment ensuring solutions are robust scalable and seamlessly integrated into our platform
• You work on natural language processing and generative AI tasks such as text generation semantic similarity and classification leveraging advanced models fine-tuning them for specific sustainability use cases
• You collaborate closely with software engineers to integrate GenAI and traditional ML models directly into our platform focusing on efficiency security and performance at scale
• You utilize modern MLOps practices and TDD to ensure reliable maintainable pipelines ensuring models can be rapidly iterated and deployed
• You partner with product management sustainability experts and the engineering team to translate business requirements into powerful AI-driven features that enhance our product’s capabilities and usability

What should you bring along?

• Experience and Professional Background: You have at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in an environment that works with European standards
• Proficient in GenAI and Machine Learning: You bring hands-on experience in NLP and generative models such as Llama, Claude, BERT, or similar, especially in production settings, primarily focused on text-based tasks
• Programming and Model Integration Skills: You exhibit expertise in TypeScript and have experience integrating language models into production systems with an emphasis on reliability, scalability, and security. Expertise in Python is considered an additional asset
• GenAI and NLP Expertise: You are proficient in applying GenAI to enhance user experiences and have a good grasp of advanced text generation, summarization, and other generative tasks relevant to sustainability data processing.
• Fullstack Development Skills: You are skilled in building server-side components using TypeScript or Python and have a solid understanding of the full spectrum of client-server architecture
• SaaS Experience: You have experience implementing AI within B2B SaaS applications
• MLOps and CI/CD Experience: You possess kledge of CI/CD practices, ideally utilizing GitHub, to streamline and automate model development and deployment
• Data Security and Performance Optimization: You have a strong understanding of security, data privacy, and performance tuning specific to machine learning and GenAI in cloud environments
• Collaborative and Quality-Driven: You value collaboration, engage in pair programming, and prioritize high-quality work through peer code reviews
• Fluent in English: Your proficiency in English is required for effective communication with our team and stakeholders
